How do I book a Citius ride?
In the Citius app, enter your destination, review the available journey and pickup details, then confirm your booking. Check the app for current routes, fares and availability.
Can I plan a ride in advance?
The app includes Ride Later alongside Ride Now. Select the option that suits your schedule and review the available trips.
Does Citius connect to the metro?
Metro connectivity is part of the Citius service. Use the Pick/Drop to Metro option in the app to explore connections available for your journey.
What if my route is not available?
Use Request New Route in the app to share your travel needs. Submitting a request helps identify demand; it does not confirm a booking or guarantee a new service.
Where can I see current prices and pickup times?
Review these in the app when choosing your trip. The screenshots on this website demonstrate the product and do not show live fares, schedules or availability.
